BPS is extremely intuitive and we have found that users master the basics very quickly.

Training is undertaken on-site, at our offices or at a central location for group sessions.

Our training staff are our support staff this gives clients a personal, ongoing relationship. This has been highlighted as a substantial benefit and our clients appreciate the value of our friendly and efficient mode of operation.

We support our product via our helpline, email or our new live support module based in the Customer Support section of our webpage.

Additionally, we have introduced a Forum, which enables clients to discuss and possibly answer any non system queries.
In actual fact, most of the system queries are handled extremely well by client to client queries and chats.
